Wear comfortable or workout clothing and bring a
towel and water.
Body Contouring – Tuesday and Thursday – 11:00am
Utilizing exercise tubes, 1 to 5lb free weights, the body bar,
and floor exercises on a half mat, body contouring targets overall physique.
Stretch & Decompress – Sunday – 10:00am
Immerse yourself in tranquility with our Stretch,
Decompress class, harmonizing gentle stretches and mindful decompression for a revitalized body and mind.
Slimming
After visiting with several trainers and then spotting a fit, well-known celebrity at the studio, my wife got me a gift certificate. Following an initial assessment, Jay designed a program specifically for my needs and goals, and since then I’ve built muscle, toned up considerably, increased flexibility and improved my posture.
