  • Free Consultation

    Consulting with a prospective client is the first and most important step in creating a successful fitness partnership. I need to know about your nutrition, current level of fitness, and training goals. I will test your anatomic strengths and weakness and take those and any history of injury and/or illness into account when developing a personalized training plan, just for you. We need to start where you are and make the necessary adjustments to get you where you want to be.

  • Personal Training

    Gain strength, muscular definition, and cardiovascular conditioning through the use of free weights and state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Under Jay’s watchful eye and expert direction, you could see improvement in as little as two weeks. A former fitness competitor himself, Jay augments these sessions with suggested nutrition tips from staff nutritionist, Nataly Kepes. for faster, long lasting results.

  • Lose Weight and Inches

    Muscle is the body’s primary calorie burner. By increasing lean body tissue (muscle), you burn more calories during exercise and daily activities. With these facts in mind, our classes and private programs concentrate on exercise aimed at building lean body tissue. We assist people of all ages and conditions who wish to lose fat, inches and weight, as well as improve their overall fitness.

  • Sports Enhancement

    Whether the goal is increased overall strength, or the development and conditioning of muscle groups specific to a certain sport, we can create a workout program to designed to strengthen muscle groups, improve flexibility and accelerate performance. In addition to providing noticeable gains in strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance, the improved conditioning provided by regular training improves posture and promotes relief from many types of back and knee pain.
