Jay Cellulite Blast
Jay’s Cellulite Blast employs the use of exercise tubes, 1 to 5lb free weights, the body bar and series of floor exercises on a half mat. The class targets the areas of the body where unsightly cellulite develops – butt, thighs, upper arms, and belly.
Cellulite is fat that collects in pockets just below the surface of the skin, causing the skin to look dimpled. Causes include genetics & metabolism, dietary choices, and lacking muscle mass usually due to lack of exercise.
